Prowin’s Career Services are meant for early professionals who are in Canada and legally authorized to work in Canada. In our quest to maintain a high success rate, we carefully select the professionals who we believe are determined to succeed with our help from a large number of professionals who approach us regularly. We prefer to help those with a maximum age of 30, with a few exceptions of 30+ sometimes.

Yes, you can take Prowin’s services as long as you are legally authorized to work in Canada. Keep in mind, once employed, your employer will require you to be physically present inside Canada even if they allow remote working.

For jobs in Canada, employers usually prefer candidates with some Canadian education or Canadian work experience, but it is not always the case. This requirement varies from employer to employer and is sometimes mentioned in the job postings. It is not a Prowin’s requirement, so yes you can take our services that are essentially meant to help you get a job despite the above challenges.

This is the most common question that Prowin faces from newcomers in Canada. Prowin prepares early professionals to succeed in all stages of the recruitment process and help them land their "first job in Canada" related to their education or prior experience. Motivated professionals usually decide to take Prowin’s services within a short time of arriving in Canada because they believe time is money and their first job is vital for their timely growth in Canada.

Prowin does not hire early professionals. Prowin is also not an employment or a recruitment agency. Prowin prepares professionals to compete in the Canadian job market so that they can get relevant jobs aligned with their career goals.

Prowin does not have a restrictive client base of potential employers. Therefore, we are able to cover all available job opportunities in the Canadian market on a continued basis. We have progressively built our market intelligence from 2018 that enables us to deliver from a position of strength to benefit the job-aspiring professionals in Canada. Prowin provides knowledge-intensive personalized service to each professional by matching their profile with available opportunities and customizing each application that stands out to attract the attention of hiring managers amid hundreds of applications. Furthermore, Prowin prepares each professional for employer interviews with a curated list of likely Q&As and mock interviews.

Prowin significantly enhances professionals’ probability of success at all three stages:

(1) in identifying a high number of relevant opportunities,

(2) in converting a high percentage of applications into interviews, and 

(3) in converting a high percentage of interviews into job offers. 

Professionals can choose any or all three services based on their situation and challenges faced. Prowin guarantees to prepare the professionals to succeed in a highly competitive Canadian job market, but cannot guarantee success since it also depends on performance of the professionals during interviews. Our overall success rate is ∼90% which is continuously increasing.

Prowin charges a nominal fee that has to be paid in advance which is not a percentage of the salary. Professionals treat our fee as a small upfront investment against which they get a much higher salary in the first job itself. Professionals are mindful that this first job will pave the way for their subsequent jobs in Canada for which they don’t have to pay Prowin again.

Prowin offers the choice of both virtual and in-person services. Professionals who prefer in-person services are welcome to meet us at our office located in the Financial District of Downtown Toronto.
