Prowin’s Co-op services are meant for students who are in Canada, enrolled in a Canadian University or College and legally authorized to work in Canada.
Yes, you can take Prowin’s services as long as you are legally authorized to work in Canada. Keep in mind, once employed, your employer will require you to be physically present inside Canada during Co-op even if they allow remote working.
This requirement varies from employer to employer and is usually mentioned in the job postings. It is not a Prowin’s requirement so yes, you can use Prowin's services.
Prowin does not hire students. Prowin is also not an employment or recruitment agency. Prowin prepares students to compete in the job market to get Co-op jobs alligned with their study and career goals.
This is a common challenge faced by many students who don’t want their academic GPA to get affected due to the time-consuming Co-op application process. Co-op jobs are usually posted with short deadlines overlapping the peak academic session and sometimes during the exams. By availing Prowin’s services, students are able to manage their time more efficiently, thus obtaining their desired academic GPA and securing their desired Co-op jobs.
Prowin provides personalized service to each student by matching their profile with available opportunities and customizing each application that stands out to attract the attention of hiring managers amid thousands of applications. Furthermore, Prowin prepares each student individually to face the interview with a curated list of likely Q&A and mock interviews.
Prowin significantly enhances students’ probability of securing Co-op jobs at all three stages:
(1) in identifying a high number of relevant Co-op opportunities,
(2) in converting a high percentage of applications into interviews, and
(3) in converting a high percentage of interviews into job offers.
Students can choose any or all three services based on their situation and challenges faced. Prowin guarantees to prepare the students to succeed in a highly competitive Co-op market but cannot guarantee success since it depends entirely on performance of the student during the interviews.
Prowin charges a nominal service fee that has to be paid in advance which is not a percentage of the student’s Co-op salary. Students treat our fee as a small upfront investment against which they get a much higher salary not just in one Co-op work term but also in future full-time employment based on the return offer they receive upon completing the Co-op.
Prowin offers students the choice of both virtual and in-person services. Students who prefer in-person services are welcome to meet us at our office located in the Financial District of Downtown Toronto.
